Our Tour-and-Tasting program is an opportunity to discover how we use craft brewing techniques to create award-winning beer. Every Friday at 3pm and other times by appointment. You can book online from this website.

Hellfire Amber Ale: Full-bodied English-style ale brewed with a rich blend of malts.
Blowhard Pale Ale: Plenty of hop character, a bracing citrus aroma and a clean refreshing finish.
Razor Witbier: Belgian-style white ale, brewed from local wheat and hand-ground coriander.
Staircase Porter: Traditional dark ale – chocolate malt and roasted barley bring rich cocoa and coffee flavours.
Fainters Dubbel: A Belgian abbey-style beer to savour. Spice and raisin flavours follow the rich malt aroma.

Bright Brewery brews award-winning winning beers in the very heart of Bright.

Overlooking the river, parks and mountains, you can’t top Bright Brewery for a beer and a bite. Kids love the adjacent adventure playground. Relax with a beer (or local wine or meal) and watch the brewers in action.


Directions: Bright Brewery is on the Great Alpine Road, in the heart of Bright.
From the Hume Highway, turn off at Wangaratta and follow the Great Alpine Road to Bright Brewery. We're right beside the Visitor Information Centre.
From Mount Hotham ski resort, just use gravity to get to our door.
Our Opening Hours are daily 12 noon till evening

If you need to cancel for some reason please let us know as soon as possible.
Tour-and-Tasting
Tour-andTasting cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice attract a 50% refund. Refunds are not payable within 24 hours.

Brewer For A Day
Brewer For A Day cancellations with 2 weeks notice attract a refund of the deposit less a $30 admin fee. With less than 2 weeks notice the same refund applies only if the Brewer For A Day place can be filled.

Bookings are not necessary to simply visit Bright Brewery and enjoy a beer and a meal. Where Bright Brewery cancels the Tour-and-Tasting or Brewer For A Day an alternative booking is offered. If an alternative is not possible a full refund is payable.
