2009 Visitor Survey program

Terms & Conditions

1.      The Co-ordinator (Promoter) of the Visitor Survey is the Alpine Shire Council. ABN 14821 390 281 of Churchill Avenue, Bright, Victoria, 3741. All queries should be directed to the Economic Development department.
2.      Entry is open to all visitors to the Alpine Shire.
3.      The visitor survey program commences on Friday 22 May 2009 and ends on Tuesday 25 August 2009 at 5.00pm (AEST).
4.      To enter the draw, visitors need to complete the post card survey available from over 80 sites in the Alpine Shire, providing contact details as requested.
5.      All visitors who complete the questionnaire and provide all requested contact details and whose postcard is received prior to:
            Monday 22 June 2009 at 5.00pm
            Monday 20 July 2009 at 5:00pm
            Monday 24 August 2009 at 5:00pm
 will automatically be entered into the draw, immediately following the close date.
6.      The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions. A visitor is only permitted to submit ONE postcard per person. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be duplicates or multiple entries from the same participant for the same questionnaire. The incentive draws are strictly one entry per the period of the campaign. Subsequent entries will therefore be disregarded.
7.      The prize draws will be conducted at Midday (AEST) on
            Tuesday 23 June 2009 at 5.00pm
            Tuesday 21 July 2009 at 5:00pm
            Tuesday 25 August 2009 at 5:00pm
at the Alpine Shire Council offices, Churchill Avenue, Bright, VICTORIA.
8.      Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
9.      Schedule of prizes, and value is as listed below:

  1. All winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of each draw.
  2. By entering, visitors agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the questionnaire for related research and marketing purposes. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
  3. The Promoter's decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. Entrants that do not tick the consent box removing authority for the promoter to contact them, may receive information by mail and email on Victoria’s Great Alpine Valleys.
