- The Co-ordinator (Promoter) of the Exit Survey is the Alpine Shire. ABN 14821 390 281 of Churchill Avenue, Bright, Victoria, 3741. All queries should be directed to the Economic Development Officer.
- Prizes are of the discretion of the Event Organiser and some events may not have a prize.
- Entry is open to all visitors to the Alpine Shire.
- The exit survey campaign commences on Monday 20th October 2008 and ends on Friday 28 November at 5.00pm (AEST).
- To enter the draw, visitors need to complete the post card survey, uniquely identified with 'SF' written in the top left hand corner, available from activities and events of the 2008 Spring Festival in Bright in the Alpine Shire, providing contact details as requested.
- All visitors who complete the questionnaire and provide all requested contact details and whose postcard is received prior to
Friday 28 November 2008 at 5.00pm
will automatically be entered into the draw, immediately following the close date.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions. A visitor is permitted to complete and submit a survey postcard once only. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be duplicates or multiple entries from the same participant for the same questionnaire. The incentive draws are strictly one entry per the period of the campaign. Subsequent entries will therefore be disregarded.
- The prize draws will be conducted at Midday (AEST) on
Monday 1 December 2008
at the Alpine Shire Council offices, Churchill Avenue, Bright, VICTORIA.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

- The winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw.
- By entering, visitors agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the questionnaire for related research and marketing purposes. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
- The Promoters decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants that do not tick the consent box removing authority for the promoter to contact them, may receive information by mail and email on Victoria’s Alpine High Country. |
